We managed to tag team one off a local WMA. We didn't have a permit for opening weekend so we gave one of the non quota areas a try. Plenty of people but we still managed to get away from everyone.

No, much higher. They start at around three feet and go up to about eight feet. One of the trees went to a height of around ten feet. Oddly, they were all on the same sides of the trees.TerribleTed wrote:how tall

Thanks for the response. We have never seen bear on this WMA, or any on our cams but that is kind of what we were thinking.

"Scrape" like area on cypress tree
Not sure where to post this topic so feel free to move it. I came across a group of three cypress trees that had its bark scraped off.
