I've still got about a pound and a half left from a bulk purchase many years ago (at $6.99lb, IIRC) but I haven't been able to find a reliable and reasonably priced source since moving to FL. If you don't want to go the route of the tap/bolt/etc. one can set the die on a socket (or leave it in the press), remove the primer pin, and use a dowel and a light hammer to just tap the case out. You can use the same process with a vice or a press as well.
