deals like that don't come around every day. stop wasting time (9 days) and put some cash in his hand, or let one of us do it for you.

+1 guns know how to shoot fine, we just interfere with what they are capable of.

those presidential pardons are reserved for white collar "friends" and cashed in on the prez's last day in office. I heard Bill Clinton pardoned so many somebody slipped one in the pile named LEX LUTHER and it got signed.

Re: How accurately can you shoot your rifle?
theres a time and place for all guns. that 20 lb gun would make a sweat porch gun, shooting house or prone with a bi pod. I sold mine in 25-06 and got one down to 10 lbs. still heavy to be hiking with. I lean more towards short/light carbines and levers at app 6 1/2 lbs.

a trebble hook for deer? that's about the sickest in the head thing I've ever heard of. should hang them from a tree with a trebble hook thru their peckers. I thought cutting a cats feet, hooking it and going for shark was bad.

Re: Winds Mitigation Inspections???
I heard about it from my homeowners insurance, if I had it I would be eligible for a discount. but to retro fit it in my house would be basicly impossible and/or very expensive. as per the roofers who are at work now. hopefully bthe weather holds and materials arrive as planned. could possibly be do...

Re: Winds Mitigation Inspections???
to do the roof strapping they want for the discount and may now require in some areas, after changing codes. would be almost impossible in alot of cases and really needs to be done when built. many of the spaces are just too small for a person to get into, in my case anyway.

Re: God bless those in Aurora
100% true but had a hero missed or shot thru the maniac, and killed or injured an innocent he would be facing years of criminal and/or civil trials. maybe a well trained sniper could have pulled something like that off. if 5-10 very brave souls had rushed and swarmed the guy, they likely would have ...

Re: God bless those in Aurora
without trying to sound insensitive, this guy was no dummy, insane hell yeah but not stupid. thankfully he told the police about his booby traps. his skill level at making them and/or ied's I don't know. but if he was not able to get guns he could have, and likely would have used ied's and molotov c...

Re: natural food sources on public land
I've noticed they (deer or hogs) don't really go crazy over wild oranges or tangerines, at least at the time/place where I was. maybe there was something else available at the same time they liked better, but I thought they would be all over the citrus.
