First smokepole piggy

Got off work early and took the muzzleloader out to a WMA to find some pork.
Checked my honey holes and found a small group feeding under some oaks. I started the creep that lead to a crawl. I had very little cover to work with and a lot of little twiggy stuff between us. I contemplated a full belly crawl but decided against it. The group started to feel something was up and started to file out. I waited until a good size, not too big a one passed a gap and took the shot. Dropped her right there. First muzzle loader pig. It was a fat, 50 lb sow.
I recently tried bacon with the last one, I think I'll cure a ham and make some sausage.
