1ST PIG OF THE YEAR

Post by JBUG308 » Mon Nov 16, 2015 9:03 am

Saturday morning I was blessed with taking this pig while my son was in the stand with me. This was the first time he was with me and we took an animal other than a squirrel. Good times. He loves going to camp and all that, but now I think he is definitely hooked on spending time in the tree. I'll see if this picture displays.

Whether we get to see the pictures or not, we have a picture in our minds of a proud father and son being in the woods together enjoying what the outdoors offers when we apply ourselves. Take advantage of it. JBUG308, congratulations and keep the boy in the woods!

That is some great stuff right there. It is always a great thing to be able to introduce a youngster to the wild and better yet the day when you get to post about the first kill that they get to make. I have a FHP buddy of mine that I introduced to hunting and I believe that he is going to want to introduce his son into it this year sometime. You can bet that it will be shared memories with the FOHAF! Get the pictures added if possible, I have to load them with my phone. Happy Hunting for years to come!
