Was checking oult the fields we will be hunting abd the first patch of millet is dry and the second patch is a few weeks begin.d that and the last two are a few inches tall. Lots of birds showing up and the decision has not yet been made if we are shooting Sunday or not. It is still pretty warm. Who knows, might bow hunt in the morning and bird hint the afternoon.

They are 21 and 11, I may not be able to swing the funds this weekend. Do the do this throughout the season?

Hope y'all have a great shoot! I was hoping to make it but my wife has been having some health problems and I need to stay close to home.

Sent from my phone, so any typos are its fault.

myself, gunboy and wingshooter shot together and ended up with 24 birds after severall lost or picked up by other hunters. we didn't get there til 12:30 then bs'ing, show & tell with new guns, cooking lunch etc. didn't really get serous til about 2:30. alot of birds and flying early but hauling azz due to lots of hunters. thank god for the breeze. shot of the day to gunboy, a glass of iced tea in his left hand he shot 1 handed and made a great hit on one. if we had a dog and took it a little more serious we would have limited out no problem. don't think wingmaster even got his gun out til close to 2pm. were thinking of going back next sat, maybe.

thats right gun not out of the case until late and hid in the shade as long as posible. action was fast and had a great time. and i was witness to the one handed shot, ice tea in one hand and dove killing machine in the other, very cool.
