I've been buying alpha collars from outdoor dog supply in Virginia and they've been a good one to deal with also.
After doing some digging, apparently the FB complaining has worked as I ordered after the fact and my collars were sent in a timely manner. Then again, I could have possibly been their only order that week lol

LOL, Got the collar in the mail Saturday. Wow, what sloppy worksmanship. As it sits right out of the package, this collar is unusable. 3 of the 5 holes are not punched all the way thru. I will have to go buy a leather punch to finish cleaning the holes out. The name plate is not put in the center of the collar, so in order to read it, you will basically need to remove the collar from the dog, as the tag end of the collar covers it. When they put the name plate on the collar, they hammered it on. It is so bent up it is just about unreadable. Gonna send it back and get a refund. Just on principle

Ho-lee crap, what a difference in one company to the next.........

I placed an order with Conkey's this morning at around 9ish for 1 collar. Around 10, he emailed me to verify the info on the name plate, and confirmation that it had BEEN SHIPPED came in by 11. Wow!!
