Screw Hand Made By Mahon. I would not support them. I urge egeryone to go elsewhere.

I ordered 2 collars for my beagle on december 17th. They said its 3 day shipping. She said i would get before xmas.

I waited xmas came and went. So now were 9 days later. I call and they say they shipped and ot was the holidays. I then wait til jan 1st. Thats 15 day later. Guy says they just got there and cant talk now thell call back. NO CALL BACK.

So i went to hunt camp from the 1st to the 5th. I come home and still NO COLLARS. i call and no answer but they continue to sell on their facebook page. So i call yesterday its like 20 days later. She picks up after an hour of back to back calling. Makes it seem like im bothering them. Says they are in north carolina and the shipping info is back home! Said they will call me tomorrow (today as im posting). I call and no answer call after call and 21 days and still havent got it.

Screw them!

Lady just called me back and said "when it got returned, it then got lost ON THE SHELF" WTH is wrong with her?. I then told her "you know it took 23 days to receive 2 collars that you guarantee 3 day shipping on right?". She says "everyone else was understanding"!! W.T.H.

My god..

She then said shell "text" me the tracking info. I just give up.

Update. Totally done with handmade my mahone.

So above post is the bullcrap i got from them last order. Ok so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order. They were quick to take the money once again ! I place my order on a monday, she says ill have the 6 collars by friday. Weekend passes i call, they said "oh yea we didn't have the name plates they will go out today (monday) week goes by no answer or response, weekend goes by no answer or response. Now its tuesday 2 weeks later ant nothing. Screw them im ordering from conkys from now on. Guess i got beat for my money.

Mr Conkey and his crew there are GOOD folk! He is a very nice man who has a nice little shop worth stopping in to if you ever find your way to Hastings. He sure loves his coon hunting!

Yep im gonna order from conkys.

Over 2 weeks later and for the past 3 days, no response to email, phone calls, messages nothing from Handmade By Mahone.

Not even a reciept. Just a phobe call, charge to my card, and them telling me ill have my collars by friday (Friday 2 weeks ago).

Oh well i guess it was a donation. Pissed.

Handmade by mahone sucks. They take your money, i guess buy drugs and if you don't keep calling you'll never get your stuff. It will take 30 days to get your stuff.

The only way i got my stuff was when i bashed them on facebook. Then they blocked me and sent my collars the next day, wrong tags and un punched holes in collars.

I double warned you man, sucks.

Hmm... I have been absent for a year or more I see! I ordered 5 collars from them several weeks ago and got them in a timely manner. Now I have also ordered dog supplies from conkeys and they are good as well. I have no problem with either place. I do have a problem with companies wanting $12 per collar locally when several years ago they were half that.

Here is the general consensus of folks I have talked to who dealt with them (and me now)....

-Place order online. Order gets processed and monies taken out of your account.
-No collars come in the mail in a timely manner.
-Call them to check on it, and they tell you "yes they have it and it will go out today. Promise."
-Several more days go by and no collars come in the mail
-Call them again and it's back stepping and making excuses.
-Still no collars come in the mail after several more days.

Bash them on facebook! They ate building a new store and take the money towards that and don't order supplies. Then when they get a big order they send out the smaller orders . Sucks.
