Summertime hunting

Post by spazhogdog » Mon Jun 15, 2015 2:46 pm

Been taking the dogs for some early morning/late nights hunts. This is our granddaughter and her young dogs that caught this sow

And then she got on some action with friends that were hunting with us.

It is so much fun to take kids hunting, they have such a good outlook and get so excited.

Awesome times for sure! I wish I could get my kids into it but they just don't show any interest....

We've been doing some night hunting too. It's too dang hot!

He treed us for few minutes after we cut him loose. I shot all around him and it just made him even more pissed off. He didn't have much teeth but he had plenty of attitude!

I love the bald face he has. He will be a real handful next time he gets caught.

Summer hunting hogs are a blast.

Had this big black boar come in at dark but didn't have a shot with my bow.
