a yak built for my wt might be bigger and heavier and definately alot more expensive than a canoe.would the yak draw that much less water? plus in the canoe me and my gear would be alot drier and warmer in cold weather, plus it could hold 2 people ( of normal wt). what are your thoughts?

very funny- no hooch for you,j.k., trust me all my vehicles are battle ready. the canoe would have a rifle rack.

with a canoe you center of gravity is higher so its not as good for the gulf. a decent sit on top kayak will handle choppy water with no problem, but ur gonna get wet lol. n those dry hatches up front with the big rubber cover normally dont stay dry long. water gets in through all the rivets n junk.
