oh...u real funny guy, hellbilly. I dunno if there's sheep out there with spurs, but I bet there's gotta be some in West Texas.

This is a much cleaner and quicker method I just finished the two gobblers we got last Sunday from Chass 3/27/11. Take a look and you won't have that meat hanging on your wall ever again and only takes couple of hrs to finish not two weeks and no salt at all.
