Ok guys its august. Ill come up with a weekend by end if week and lets start planning!

I def want all the mods to hopefully make it for the meet and greet!

my daughters coming (family vacation) in two weeks promised we grill a pig - so I have more work rebuilding the smoker its about 15 years old had some cancer

Just added the ash door tonight. Tomorrow the vent and log rack and Friday night I hope to put it back on its base. Have not made new steel wheels yet.

I figure well do it at my poperty.

Deck is covered, and if anyone wants to tent out back due to too much tonic your welcome!

You know this weekend is the second weekend in August. Last weekend in Sept works for me.

I am booked for august. I don't care what gets cooked Crock. I started doing whole pigs because of my wife. She's from Dominica. I will have to shave one this week end. A little 60 lb red domesticated wild pig. Its easier on the cook to just slow cook. She will be hear the 14 so we BBQ on the 15. Then i have gators to get well at least drive for.

If your in the country catch a wild pig and they taste just like domestic pork if your grain feeding them. Not worth growing them over 100 lbs.
