Well, welcome to the site. I looked at your link there. Looks like a nice spread. Wish I was somewhere I could have a few animals. I'd like to maybe one day raise a few rabbits but I think my grandkids would shame me out of eating them. Love me some rabbit though :>P

I have a sow now not sure if she got breed before her and her make escaped. I retrieved them both but I had to send him to the cooler. Then he went to my market. People watched as me and my son in law jumped the sow and got her hog tied but he was to feisty at 150 lbs.

DIDN'T SEE THIS ONE COMING, frost 3/16 am ???? I guess February was a bit early to plant the cantelope & water melon :oops String beans, brocholi rabe, cukes, maters, lettuce, flowers all looking good, but will cover anyway. Melons, say bye bye????

Worst year ever for them. Anyone try button weed or partridge peas to attract lara wasps? I've read they work better than insecticides, & are free & permanent.

I really think I am going to have piglets soon. She 250lbs easy and the bellies real low.



coke cola sprayed over the plants attracts ants. Ants generally will kill the bugs and eat the sugar.
