TT,
Fried pork ribs are a real delicacy in my book, too! My wife's grandmother cooked 'em on a regular basis and we tried not to miss a meal. She also would boil ribs and rice and that was worth waitin' on, too. It probably ain't the healthiest way to eat but ever now and again it sure is good.

Dang, never thought of frying them. I'll bet that was tasty. Were they fried like in a fish cooker? Who can ask for anything better than bacon on the bone!!!
