arbuckle belp?

Post by f4racing » Wed Jul 17, 2013 4:08 pm

I've only been to Arbuckle once and had no luck. Any insight or tips? I'll be heading there first open week of archery. I've been told get farrrrr away from others or close to the water sources (lake/creek) what's the scoop boys? Not looking for your honey spots....just looking for a decent chance at putting something in the freezer. All help appreciated......

Find the lake work the edge
sitting here
waiting on a deer
drinkin' beer and wastin' bullets
aiming at the empties
missing hitting pine trees
aint my fault them cans keep moving
my babys on the phone
saying baby come home
where ya been and whatcha been doing
well ive been sitting here
waiting on a deer
drinkin' beer and wastin' bullets

Scout the scrub near the lake, Within 1/2 a mile. Find good acorn bearing scrub, with good deer track, and you should be on to something.
