You only need to take two items with you to the tag agency or Wal-Mart.
  • The permit holder's Customer ID#
  • The hunt # for which you will be hunting with the permit holder

They'll ask for the permit holder's birthday too. Happened to my FIL last year.

those quotas at the petting zoo are hard to come by, JK. come as my guest but you gotta figure out/do the guest permit thing. hopefully we will see if it's true a 130lb guy can drag twice his wt.

I've got a few ? for you guys. This year instead of applying as a group, a buddy and I applied seperately and figured we would guest off each other. We both ended up getting 3 hunts each. With only 1 buck allowed what kind of ground rules do y'all use. Do you guys just go by 1st legal buck gets it? If we get a doe permit do we wait till the last hunt in the hopes a decent buck comes by? We should be able to text each other I believe so hopefully we both don't get one at the same time. God forbid that happens but if it does what would the penalty be? I'm not planning on it but if it happens I'd like to know how much it's gonna hurt. Thanks for any advice guys.

I'd be happy too chief.. Biggest one I ever dragged weighed in at 204 hanging gutted... It took me nearly 2 hours to get him 3/4 of a mile to the hard ball and then I had top walk another 2 miles to the truck... Shot one with a friend that was 318 hanging gutted and it took the two of us nearly 4 hours to get him 2 miles back out... No hogs over 180 anymore for me unless I can get the vehicle to him..

if both guys kill a buck where only 1 buck per permit allowed then the second buck will be confiscated an you will get a ticket for taking more than the legal limit...
