NOBODY can possibly do it for you, it's your gun and won't shoot ammo the same as mine or anyone elses. you have a manual. better to check severall and start a safe 2-3 gr's bellow max. load 5-10 rounds at a time going up in 1/2 gr incriments and stop when you find the best accuracy and back down in wt if there are any signs of too much pressure. then you can start experimenting with over all length (oal). when you find good accuracy/the sweet spot stop.

I have one 9mm load that I use 90% of time.
It's a load consisting of Berry 124gr RN bullet with 4.2gr of Winchester 231 powder loaded to OAL of 1.140”. This is not a hot load and it has function perfectly in all my 9mm pistols and SMG. Accuracy is good or great in all my pistols. This has been my standard 9mm load for past many years.
