having trouble deleting pm's

having trouble deleting pm's

can't figure out how to delete pm's and the box is almost full. also I keep getting a 1 unread message note and can't read it or get rid of it. please keep instructions simple and step by step for the computer illitterate. thank you.

bottom click mark all.. then the drop down select delete... done.
