pvc the problem was no heat for 36 hours and sub zero temps during the time so every line bust.

pretty much anything can freeze if its not protected. i never understood why people would plumb a house up north and then not insulate the water lines. i know they can still freeze at some point, but they have a better chance. and then all those people come down here while im balls deep in a mudhole and they tell me how they would do it up north, when they were a journeyman plumber in the UP back in '54. the winter trailer park crowd can really get under your skin.

yeah, that sucks. we were tryin to sell our house last year and some people came to check it out and the evening they came, the nieghbors decided to have band practice, and there were friggin low riders and crap in the yard next door. life happens. it will sell someday, or it wont. i have resigned to living here til the housing market makes an upswing.

Damn thing is it is paid for but cannot find any good renters around here so selling is the only option.Hell if zoning was not so strick I would just buy a place out in the boonies and put a travel trailer on it.Then in a year well and septic and so on....
