Forget the tent.. Camping in a hammock rules!
Been going out more and more lately over last year and this year... Hiking out and camping for some days.
Been spending a whole Lotta time in myakka state forest camping all over the place. Getting familiar with the hunting grounds that way.
Went to Ocala forest for two separate 3 day camp outs.
And yes, that's a herd of baby pigs right next to our site.

Very cool they can be great and certainly have there spot in the camping world. The Henesey bottom entry are super easy to get in. Regardless they all are easier to pack or seem to be and easy to set up.

Hmmm, hammock camping sounds intriguing. I may have to check those out after my last winter camp...very rough sleeping on the ground at my age :>P

I've had my days camping and once you've done it for 16 months straight you have your full. I went from sleeping on the ground in the desert, to on the roof of a humvee, then a cot with plywood and a 4" thick foam pad. Hotel 8 is as low as I'll go now days and hate to see the sand of the beach.
