For years our crew has camped on the Ochlocknee for opening weekend of squirrel season. Some of us go down early and fish. Friday night we start with catfish head stew made from a dozen or so cat heads, taters, onions add alittle butter and millk near the end. Follow up with fried bream, hush puppies, and grits. Wash down with Bud
Saturday night friccassed squirrel w/rice, and BBQ beans. Wash down w/Evan Williams
Sunday while breaking camp we fix a high cholestrol brunch. Was down w aspirin and Pepto Bismol.
