we have a family meal that i like to make when we go camping. it consists of bacon potatoes onions eggs and whatever spices you want. some green onion is good too. fry up the bacon, potatoes(sliced or chunked), and onions, once all those are cooked, put it all together and pour the scrambled egg mix in it and cook til eggs are done. seasoning can be done while doing potatoes or whenever. i like everglades or everglades fire with mine. we call it harveys breakfast and i like cooking it best in cast iron. going camping this weekend with the family and thats our sunday morning breakfast.

I remember one time out camping with friends my buddy's wife made potato soup on the open fire.

This is an air boat access only. Venison Fajitas with the works. Steaks and shrimp - bacon raped with jalapenos. Fresh fried cat fish.

Now breakfast can be anything that blocks one artery. We ave bacon sausage pancakes fresh camp fire cooked biscuits with butter and jelly eggs of all sorts and potatoes.

Some of the best are squirrels rabbits if possible soak in orange juice then cook in the orange juice until it reduced down and kinda thick season add some onions garlic any seasoning you may have.

when we are running dogs or hunting off the airboat we stop for lunch and break out the camp stove and cook up some deer backstrap, deer sausage, and any other game meat we have between us.

We do the bacon, potatoes, onion dish too. Like to throw in some garlic while it's cooking and shredded cheese on top. My wife calls it 'garbage' but she eats till her lips hit the cast iron!! Works pretty well with breakfast sausage but you can't beat the smell of bacon and coffee in the morning. Add campfire smoke to the mix and the smell will make a gourmet turn redneck.
Finally a 10 point from Blackwater WMA, that's him riding in my wife's truck!!

Nothin beats a fresh caught big ole hand sized bluegill....catch it, clean it, fry it right there on a coleman stove and cast iron skillet
