I called about getting a boat slip for my Pathfinder. It was $20, so I passed. I would sure hope a canoe is cheaper. You can launch at the ferry site. I saw some dudes in kayaks dropping in. I would guess people kayak/canoe across then just carry their rigs to the camp. It is about 1/4 mile on foot.

I read that the boat slips have eletric and water hook up, so you can stay the night on your boat instead of renting a campground. Obviously if you have the ability to do that on your boat.

Oh yeah. There were 40' Sea Rays and a few house boats tied up for the night. Pretty sweet setups.

The wifey liked it so much we've already booked a cabin for a weekend in March. I'm bringing the boat this time.
