My next offshore trip will be in March to the Taylor county reef when the sheephead run kicks in

Went out couple weeks ago, posted some pics. Talked to my dad the other day, and he went out to the same area with some neighbors and brought back 8 keeper grouper (one 27 inches), a bunch of triggers, and some nice snappers. Said he cleaned 40 fish, and only 10 were Key West grunts. The keeper grouper were all 22-27 inches. They probably caught 25 other grouper. This cold weather and wind will probably keep him from going out the rest of the week, and then Thurs. he's heading to Georgia for the last weekend of hunting there.

Looks like winds 10mph + for the rest of the week. I've fished in worse, though. Friday and/or Saturday I can probably make some time if you are up for it.

I plan to make it over to Palmetto Saturday for the Florida Fishing College at the civiv center. I don't think it starts until 12 noon.

I'm up whenever anybody wants to go. I used to go all the time with my neighbor before I moved up here to MLB. Every year we hit the Coconuts Dolphin Tournament in Islamorada.

Sure is - Got a full boat (as usual) and it's going to be a great time. I'd not miss that tourney for anything!
