Banjo FT/FS

Post by OriginalCracker » Sun Jul 28, 2013 11:41 am

It's a long shot, since banjo players are far and few these days, but I figured I'd give it a try. Maybe one of you on here wants to start as something to do in your free time.

I have a recording king rk-r20 for trade or for sale. Recording king is the big name in banjos, you can look it up for yourself. I bought it brand new in April 2013. I barely played it. Comes with a snark tuner, finger and thumb picks, gold tone mute, and a capo. I have a 2 year warranty through guitar center for it, which supposedly covers absolutely anything.

Trades considered: kayak, guns, reloading equipment, possibly a bow

Just best offer right now. Banjo was $450 plus tax, so $481, then a $75 warranty. Tuner was about $13, mute was about $13, capo was $25, picks were $13. So I have about $620 into it. And if whoever gets it drops it or something I will take it in for them for the warranty.

Just best offer I get man. Yeah it sounds amazing. It is definitely very fun. Whoever buys it I can show them how to read tab and you'll be plucking tunes in no time. There's also a ton of cool bluegrass/folk get togethers you may get into.

This could be you guys!

Lol but seriously banjo is a lot easier than it seems. I learned quite a few songs in the few months I had the banjo and had a great time doing so!

Still taking cash and trade offers for someone who wants to pick up a new fun hobby! I can show you how to read tab and to play backup for any song you want. Even non banjo songs. I know some Johnny cash, some rock, a lot.

Thanks, recording king is THE brand for banjos. You'd have to feel and hear a low end banjo then hold this. It's night and day difference.

My trade list is pretty small I know. Basically I want a reloading setup, handgun, or nice kayak lol. So now I'm just taking cash offers and will probably buy myself a reloading setup.
