My new fowler makes meat!

Post by blackpowderscout » Sun Nov 20, 2011 9:00 pm

Got my fowler I ordered back in January on Friday. I had it delivered up to my buddy's place in IN so we could do some hunting while I'm stuck up here in Chicago. Went out this morning and got some fox squirrels with it.

Thanks guys. She's a great gun and I'm very proud to have her. Shoots extremely fast with that Chambers lock and one of Rich Pierce's Missouri flints.

If you are ever interested in having a old-school flinter or percussion built, don't hesitate to give the folks over at TVM (Tennessee Valley Muzzleloading) a call. This is my second gun from them I cannot say enough about their craftsmanship and customer service. They are downright just good ol' Americans!
