I use the crank to uncock mine too. Just put it on reverse and uncrank it back down. Mine is extremely accurate. At 40 yds it's dead nuts every time. It is definitely an advantage over my shooting ability with a compound.

the cocking rope is just as good. just use a good one that has the guides so it will keep string centered. I use the rope on mine. My stepdad has the crank on his 10 point and I hate that thing. makes way to much noise and is very slow. just don't miss and you wont have to worry about having to re cock while in the stand, at least that's the planDaveT wrote:AgreeTerribleTed wrote:Crank less movement easy.
