yea it rained had two does before the rain. Saturday one friend shoot a nub in the morning with fur over them and another shoot doe before dark. The pig was about 90 yards I dialed in on the head but forgot I rest this ML to about 3 inches high at 100. I set it back up for long range.

I almost ended up crossing onto Mormon property on Thursday afternoon. I didn't realize where the wma boundary was and thought it was just an old fence. Something told me not to cross over. After talking to a few guys, they said.. be glad that you didn't cross that fence. They don't like trespassers too much!
I'll tell ya what. Saturday morning my buddy was walking down the road while waiting for me to come out of the woods. He showed me where hogs and deer had crossed after everyone went into the woods. We saw tracks inside the tire tracks on the road. I'm tempted to climb a tree right on the road to catch them crossing!

ok Guanna river first time I hunted it, every day looking for deer, come back to truck notice hog tracks over tire tracks every time. Sunday morning shuck up tree in parking area others look at me and laugh. late hunter come looks up shakes his head walks off. He was almost out of sight when I shoot a 102 lb pig. I could see him turn and from body language, I say he said what the fart? now the hog ran right to the parking area and died. Well cant wait for toso guns.

I will do that the next time I get a hunt out there. Had to return my last gun hunt because I'll be on a cruise.
But hopefully next year I'll bag something in there.

I pulled my phone out to check the move time and put on my glasses when over the top of my phone I see a white flag waling by in the grass. I quickly put my phone away and picked up my 06. The deer noticed lifted it head out of the grass and looked at me she only 15-20 yards away. So I estimated where the body was. I shoot she bolted head down run. she turned and ran into the grass (cant see her in the grass) out of the grass runs a deer flagging away. So I am like what ? did I miss. Got down no blood that I could find walked thru the trail in the grass did not find here grass is chest height. So I looked where the deer flaged off in the woods out of the grass. No blood. Turned thought let look in the grass again. Walked back to the edge of the woods and grass and notice she was 10 feet farther away that the trail I thought. Now I feel good.

Got a doe with my truck.... meat was wasted as it’s guts were busted all over, and the deer was crushed as truck stoped on top of the deer.
What a mess but I was ok and truck survived.
