Grilled back strap, from last weekends spike. Sweet Potato casserole and asparagus wrapped in goat cheese and prosciutto..

Wow.... You guys are killing me! Son was diagnosed with flu Cmas eve at the dr. We ended up canceling all the Christmas plans with all relatives. No big meal etc... I missed that food! Its was a very different and quiet Christmas.
