I was skeptical on the fish tacos for a while. Then the in laws made some with some redfish that my son and I caught. I was impressed. Will definitely do that again.

Peanut oil is probably the best, but plain ole veg oil works good too!

Peanut oil is too expensive to justify buying it, in my opinion

Peanut oil is great but I only normally buy it if I'm going to fry a whole turkey. Then I can justify the yearly expense. Otherwise we always just use canola oil. Works great.
