Hog Grilling

Post by sam03 » Mon Aug 26, 2013 8:48 am

I got half a small hog that a buddy couple weeks ago and grilled it up Saturday. Dam it smelled good while it was grilling and was dam good once it was on the table. I throw together a dry rub and covered both sides really well and let is grill for a couple hours. I pulled it all off the bones and served it with BBQ on the side. But like all good meals i forgot to get a pic of the plate and it was gone before i thought abt it. Maybe next time lol :chef
