Super Bowl Menu

Post by Triple Creek Reaper » Sun Feb 01, 2015 10:07 am

Just getting started over here. What's on your menu today?

Loading up the entire smoker today. Gonna be eating good over here at Triple Creek. Decided to go with a whole turkey, bone in shoulder, pork loin and wings in jerk seasoning, some wrapped back strap & cajun venison sausage for appetizers.

Gonna be using hickory and turkey oak for smoke today. Never tried this type of oak before but my wood guy tells me it's what I need.

Whatever my wife throws together. Just got home from the woods from stand moving. I drank enough beer in the last 2 days to last me a while. May need a power nap if I plan on making it past half time. Hoping for a Katy Perry wardrobe malfunction
