Kentucky firecrackers

Post by Iluv2hunt » Sat Apr 21, 2012 1:29 pm

1 1/3 cups veg oil or canola
2 packs ranch salad dressing
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp red pepper flakes

1 box (4 sleeves saltines)

Whisk all ingredients together. Put saltines in a air tight container. Pour mixture over crackers, seal, and gently turn several times to coat. These are out of sight. And surprisingly do not get soggy. Would be great with raw oysters

Looks good Allen. Might have to make some of those and try them out with some fresh fish dip.
