FISHING COCKROACH BAY

yankees + sailcats = freakin hilarious.
i have seen so many yankees fishing on piers over the years and it never fails, there always seems to be that one guy that wont pick up a fish and put it back in the water, he just kicks it. i was fishing one night and this guy had the yankee tan(had on a tank top for a day or two and arms and neck the color of cooked lobster). it was about 6 or so in the evening and he caught a sailcat, popped it off the hook and kicked that sucker like it was a kickball and let out a yell. we all laughed cause there was a catfish stuck in his shoe. a couple hours and several beers later, his other foot got the same treatment. even when the good bite is slow, something else may entertain.

had a great weekend went to cock roach landed 2 nice reds and a sweet fat snook and they was good except for the snook waiting for season to open but the reds was gooooood tasting :
