Dont dis the Ladyfish... Part Deux

Post by fishindad » Mon Mar 02, 2015 12:49 pm

Well its that time of year again. FISHING! I wanted to get the boat wet after putting the mudmotor away for the season and mounting the outboard. Found a PILE of ladyfish and proceeded to have fun catching for an hour or so.

As you all know by now... I can cook just about anything and my kids have been asking for Thai ladyfish cakes since last year. Who am I to deny them? And YES they were good.
