Searching for taxidermist in Okeechobee

Post by 300winmag » Wed Jul 06, 2011 4:07 pm

Hi all

I will be going on my first hog hunt on July 18th. I'll be going with Mike and Osceola Outdoors.
I'm on vacation in Miami and therefore I won't be able to clean and bleach a hog skull by myself.

Does anybody know a taxidermist in Okeechobee (or somewhere along the way back to Miami) that does hog skulls?
I would need to have it done with the correct paperwork in order to ship it back to Europe when it is done.

I think it would be really cool to make a trophy of my first hog and I would love to have a skull made like this one posted by iluv2hunt in the AR15 post:

I hope somebody knows someone who can help

Call Bart Mcgee (863)467-6703. He does a great job and is in Okeechobee.

Thanks Tap.

The hunt was just moved to Naples instead of Okeechobee so I think I will need a taxidermist in Naples now.
The drive back from Naples to Miami will be a lot longer if I have to swing by Okeechobee on the way back.
