The Mormons purchased that large timber tract from St Joe up in the Panhandle not too long ago, I imagine they would be a natural buyer for this tract as well. If they do, #'s are going up for hunting, they don't mess around.

The way the dominant Foley clubs have been struggling for members here... I doubt the price could go up much more. I am paying $3k now for just two Foley clubs and debating on going to GA next year if it doesn't improve. Honestly, the hunting is the worst most all of us guys under senior citizens age have ever seen it here. I don't care to kill 10+ bucks every year anymore but I really would like to at least have a decent chance to kill a few.

I see selling it as an improvement. The morons will out price most of the rift raft members we have in their now.
