Doug Hannon-The Bass Professor

Post by Iluv2hunt » Mon Apr 01, 2013 1:40 pm

Saw where he passed away at age 66. I remember when I was a kid he lived on lake Keystone. The last company I worked for before going on my own I did his pest control. I had the privilege of spending many mornings sitting on the porch shooting the breeze with him. Actually became friends, but not friends enough to fish in his private little lake on his property :clown
He had that lake stocked and it was his study lake
He was a good man, had a wonderful wife, and has forgotten more about bass and bass fishing than most folks will ever know

I hadn't heard it either. Sixty-six isn't that old anymore. I am sorry to hear for his passing.

The good ones go early often. What a shame.
