LOCHLOOSA OR NEWNANS?

Post by SWAMPFOX » Thu May 15, 2014 8:32 pm

I want to take my son-in-law out for some bream fishing next week and was wondering how the bream are biting at Lochloosa and Newnans near Gainesville. I plan to pick up grass shrimp in Grove Park along with some crickets. Think that'll do it for bait?
Thanks.

Swampfox I'll be able to give you a report on Lochloosa tomorrow. We are going to make a trip over there with pops and try to put him on them again. We'll post the report Friday evening.

Well today we hit Lochloosa with both minows and grass shrimp and fished until around noon. The fish bitting was slow and hard to find but from what everyone was saying was it was very slow for all. We donated 6 to someone else that had caught about the same and hopfully it made them a mess.
