Was working in Ft Lauderdale this past weekend. Had my pole. Got on some Peacocks!!

Going back down this weekend for 3 days strictly to fish peacocks!!

Carl,
They sure are a colorful fish! Are the Peacock bass like a Black bass as far as taste? 2 filets and a backbone off the one you're showing would make a mighty fine contribution to somebody's supper.

Never tried them or had any desire too, but I've heard from some people that they're tasty.
