Had some various pieces of pork marinating in a ham brine for a few days. Threw them on the BGE this morning for a few hours at 250*.
I just finished running it tru the meat slicer. Should not have to buy sammich meat this hunting season at all

I'll vouch for it, that stuff is fantastic...Damn Al, I'm gonna come shopping at your house, I already get my eggs from ya.. I need some ham and brats to go with it!!! lol

Feed it to some one who says " hogs aren't worth shooting" Making ham is easy have you tried smoking one yet. i have not.
