Well finally ground my first batch last night and it came out great, fried some up to taste and it was good. I used the LEM spicey breakfast package. Added a little more sage and it is good. Purchased the Nortern tool grinder, the 1000watt model for 50.00 bucks off a guy at fleamarket it was brand new in the box. It did the job, says it will grind 170lbs an hour. Now will try and make some link sausage with some of the hog I got Saturday.
