Has been on the podium since 2:45 EST yesterday afternoon on a filibuster. Gotta give props to a politician that will fight for the people once in a while
:toast

He just may very well be our next president

That was a procedural vote not the vote on the bill

Your point?
His "procedural" vote was to stop the debating, stop the stalling, and move forward on an issue they don't have enough votes to win?
Tell me the difference in the end result...

Voting with the other 98 or 99 senators had nothing to do with saving his "arse". I'm pretty confident that the consverative folks in the great state of Texas have no problem with Sen Cruz' actions.
Why can't folks just see that this is a man with the ba!!s to stand up for 21 hours and rail against one of the most disastrous bills ever written.
This guy is new blood in Washington and he is ruffling the feathers of McCain and other "has beens" that no longer work for their constituents, but to just keep on finding ways to stay in office.
