Trickle down economics works! stop paying salary & benefits for the potus first, then his cabinet, then the house & senate.... down to us little guys, and see how fast they find a solution.

Well I can tell u the trickle effort is working, interviewed for three positions in the last 3 weeks and now since the government is shut down it could be months before I know if I have been hired for a position or not....
