Gotta give props when they are due. I have been carrying a M&P Shield in a Theis holster since December. I had taken the gun to my smith for a custom cerakote job. I just picked it up this week from him. Today the clip broke on the holster while getting dressed this morning. I knew they had a lifetime warranty, so I shot him an email thru the "contact us" function on his website.
Within 2 hours, the owner himself called me wanting to know how he could help. I explained to him it just snapped and could provide a pic if he needed to see it. He apologized (which I told him no need to do, stuff happens/breaks) and he took my address and said a new one would be on its way in todays mail
Always good to see someone stand behind their product
