Power-Pole Customer Service

I just wanted to say that Power-Poles customer service is the best customer service i ever dealt with.

I bought a used power-pole. It was prob 5 years old. So i put it on my boat and long story short it just stopped working.

I called power-pole and they diagnosed the pump and the guy said "im shipping you a new main board and pump top fedex and you ill have it tomorrow!!.. Seriously he didn't even ask me when i bought it or nothing.. Just said they will replace the pump parts.... FREEE... crazy.. got the parts today and power-pole is back running..

Kudos to them.. I will have no problem buying a second power-pole..

Wow, I thought about the condition of that and if there might be something wrong with it. You just never know what might be wrong with it, I don't know I'm just always worried about that type of stuff. I will say that says a lot for a company that will stand behind their product no matter what. It'll make you want to buy more or use them next time. Same way with Barnett crossbows, I've carried 2 back for repairs and they didn't charge me a dime to repair them. Glad power-pole stepped up for ya.
