Wife and I took the 2 wiener dogs to the vet this morning. When we got back, I saw the rabbit in the neighbors yard just as soon as she opened the door to the van. It was like 2 bullets shot out of a cannon after it. Had a good race for a couple minutes!

I haven't tried this but a buddy of mine at church said I should go to the Dollar Store (because it's cheap) and buy a big bottle of cayenne pepper and sprinkle it all over the dirt around my tomatoes. He said it keeps cats and other critters out of the garden because when they get that stuff on their paws it burns. He said it should work with any kind of caterpillars on the ground as well. May be worth a try for your bunny problem.

That rabbit stew looks mighty good, our rabbits are all moving south to find gardens to eat :rolleyes . Up here in this part of the panhandle there are couple of "old' Indian sayin's", "When you can smell the paper mill from Panama City in the winter it's goin' to rain and when the county grades the road in the spring and summer, it usually rains within 24 hours." Well the weather man just said possibly 3 inches coming and the garden plot, the food plot and the spot for this years red corn are still too wet to plow and they just graded the road :no ! I hope they are wrong. I would love to be worrin' about the deer and rabbits eatin' my garden.
