Can anyone tell me if I am leasing from Rayonier if I will need insurance if it's only me and my son hunting?

it would be in your best interest. If you take a friend and something happens, a fire burns the place up and they put in on you for there timber lose. Most places like that its required to have insurance. CYA

Usually if you lease from a timber company the insurance is included

From my experience they are right. But if you did have to provide then plan on no more than a couple hundred per year for the most part.

If you go to the QDMA site, they offer lease insurance on there. I have heard it is good, worded well and inexpensive
