Sound like a really nice guy to me.Waldo faces four counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and three counts of armed trespass, all felonies. He also faces misdemeanor counts of attempting to take wild turkey and deer during closed season, and unlawful hunting and unlawful possession of a firearm on the preserve.
Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

His own mother seems disappointed her son did this, and he has a brother that's a game warden.
His friends are making excuses for him like, he grew up hunting there, good excuse. Poaching our tax payed wildlife from all of us. I seem to be able to fill my freezer during the legal season , why can't he? He also hunted on other private lands, poached as FWC said " deer from a quality managed land owner property". Nice guy!
I hope FWC does not soften the punishment too much. or worse let him off to get other people.
I think he was the hunting trip instigator. And lastly he's a convicted felon already, and doesn't seem to be improving his actions in life.

Well according to the artical he was charged with a lot of stuff, apparently he is a convicted felon, (he is not to be in possession of a fire arm) which he is told when released , then for him to put it all (with photos on face book)and inviting a undercover officer go with him, his answer on face book was" Darin Waldo
