That's the problem with no rain. Usually if it's dry, the damn turkeys will scratch a plot apart

Had a pleasnt surprise the other day. My best friend, who is on the same small lease with me, mowed my old food plot from last fall for me while we were on a trip. He planted his plots and apologized for not disking my plot but a least he mowed it. I rode over to the lease and found that my plot is full of clover :clover that was under all the tall grass and junk that comes up during the summer months. I'm going to leave it alone and hope for the best at that site. Treefarmer

Just had my buddy check on the food plot. Told me its starting to grow and there was a deer standing in it. They'll probably wipe it out but ill replant!

Guess ill have to see it when I can go up!

Ran rachet straps across the top and put two bags of corn on top and turned hard on the 4 wheeler where it wasnt digging to gash the ground then from circles went to crossing it. Then opposite til the ground was so soft i was getting pretty much stuck.
